Frequently Asked Questions
Everything players ask us about Gipfelstürmer Social, answered in plain language — what the platform is, how Summit Coins work, how memberships behave and how we keep the lodge safe. If your question is not here, our team is one message away.
Before You Scroll
Two facts explain almost every answer on this page. First: Gipfelstürmer Social is a free social gaming platform, not a casino. No real money is ever wagered, won or paid out, and our Summit Coins are fictional tokens with no cash value. Second: the only cost that can ever exist here is an optional membership subscription for cosmetic perks and extra daily coins — and it never changes how any game plays.
We have grouped the questions into five sections so you can jump straight to what you need: the basics of the platform, Summit Coins, the games themselves, accounts and memberships, and safety and legal matters. Every answer below is written by our Stuttgart team and kept up to date; when policies change, this page changes the same week.

The Basics
What Gipfelstürmer Social is — and, just as importantly, what it is not.
Is this a real-money casino?
No, and it never will be. Gipfelstürmer Social is a free social gaming platform. There are no wagers, no stakes, no jackpots and no payouts. You play with fictional Summit Coins that exist only inside the platform, purely for entertainment.
Can I withdraw money or cash out my coins?
No. There is nothing to withdraw. Summit Coins have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed, exchanged, sold or converted into money, gift cards, prizes or anything else. Anyone who tells you otherwise — in an email, a message or a "trading" offer — is running a scam.
Why do you look like a casino if you aren't one?
We borrow the fun parts of casino aesthetics — spinning reels, matching symbols, celebratory moments — because they make satisfying games. We deliberately leave out the defining part of gambling: risking real money for a chance at real money. The look is homage; the mechanics are pure entertainment.
Can I play for free?
Yes — everything is free. Every game on the platform is fully playable without paying anything, and free players receive a daily Summit Coin top-up. The free experience is the complete experience, not a trial. Memberships only add cosmetics, larger daily top-ups and community perks.
Who owns and operates the platform?
Gipfelstürmer Social is owned and operated by Gipfelstürmer Werbeagentur GmbH, a company based in Stuttgart, Germany. Full company details appear in our Terms of Service, and you can reach the team directly through the contact page.
Do I need to download or install anything?
No downloads, no apps, no plug-ins. The whole lodge runs in your web browser. Visit the site, sign in and play — on a laptop, tablet or phone. That also means updates arrive automatically; you always play the latest version.
Is Gipfelstürmer Social available in Australia?
Yes. The platform is built with our Australian community in mind, from en-AU language to Australian support resources on our Responsible Gaming page. Because no real-money gambling takes place here, you are playing a game, not gambling.
Summit Coins
Our fictional mountain currency — how it works and what it can and cannot do.
What are Summit Coins?
Summit Coins are the virtual tokens used in every game on the platform. They are entirely fictional: they have no cash value, cannot be bought individually, sold, transferred or redeemed for anything outside the platform. They exist to keep score and make the games satisfying — nothing more.
What happens when my balance hits zero?
Nothing bad — you have lost nothing of value. Simply wait for your free daily top-up and your balance refills automatically. There is never a need to pay to keep playing, and there is nothing to "win back", because nothing was ever at stake.
Can I transfer coins to a friend?
No. Coins are bound to the account that earned them and cannot be gifted, traded or pooled. This is deliberate: transferable tokens invite scams and "coin selling", which we refuse to enable. If someone offers to sell or transfer coins, report them to us.
Can I buy Summit Coins directly?
No. Coins are never sold individually and have no price. Memberships include a larger daily coin top-up as one of several perks, but you are subscribing to the membership, not purchasing coins — and no amount of coins ever converts back into anything of value.
Do Summit Coins expire?
No. Your balance carries over from session to session and remains on your account for as long as the account exists, whether or not you hold a membership. If you close your account, the balance is deleted with it — remember, it never had value to lose.
How do I earn more coins?
Log in and collect your free daily top-up, win them in the games themselves, and take part in seasonal community events, which often carry bonus coins. Members receive a larger daily top-up. That is the complete list — no surveys, no offers, no hidden coin shop.
Games
Fairness, devices and what to do when a reel misbehaves.
Are the games rigged, or are they fair?
Every game uses audited random number generation, and outcomes are the same for everyone. We have no motive to rig anything: since no money is staked and none is paid out, a "rigged" result would gain us nothing. The reels are as honest as dice.
Do membership plans change the odds?
Never. Free players and members see identical game behaviour, identical odds and identical outcomes. Memberships buy cosmetics, bigger daily top-ups and perks — they do not touch the games' mathematics in any way. This is a firm design rule, not a marketing promise.
What kinds of games are available?
Our library centres on alpine-themed reel games — think snowy peaks, lodge fires and lucky marmots — alongside seasonal event games and community challenges. Browse the full collection on the games page; new titles arrive throughout the year.
Which devices are supported?
Any reasonably modern device with a current browser: Windows and Mac computers, iPhones and iPads, Android phones and tablets. We test on Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge. Games adapt to your screen size, from a large monitor down to a small phone.
Can I play offline?
No — an internet connection is required, because your balance and progress live safely on our servers rather than on your device. The upside: you can switch devices any time and pick up exactly where you left off.
A game froze or did not load. What should I do?
Refresh the page first — your balance is stored server-side, so nothing is lost. If trouble persists, clear your browser cache or try another browser, and check your connection. Still stuck? Message us via the contact page with your device and browser details.
Accounts & Membership
Signing up, subscriptions, passwords and parting ways.
Is membership mandatory?
No. Membership is entirely optional and always will be. Every game is fully playable on a free account, forever. Memberships exist for players who want cosmetic themes, a larger daily coin top-up and community perks — a way to support the lodge, not a toll gate.
What do memberships actually include?
Cosmetic lodge themes and avatar frames, a bigger daily Summit Coin top-up, early access to seasonal events and a member badge. Nothing in any plan changes game odds, unlocks hidden games or creates anything with real-world value. Full details are on the membership page.
How do I cancel a membership?
Open your account settings, choose your membership and select cancel — two clicks, no retention hoops, no phone calls. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep your coins and your account. You can also ask us to cancel it for you via contact.
Do memberships renew automatically?
Yes, subscriptions renew at the end of each billing period until you cancel — that is what makes them subscriptions. We send a reminder email before each renewal, and cancelling at any point stops the next charge while leaving the current period intact.
How do I reset my password?
Click "Forgot password?" on the sign-in form, enter your account email and follow the link we send you. The link expires after a short window for security. No email arriving? Check spam, confirm you typed the right address, then contact us and we will sort it manually.
Why do I need to verify my email address?
Verification proves the address is really yours, which protects your account: it is how you reset passwords, receive renewal reminders and recover access if something goes wrong. It also keeps automated fake accounts out of the community. One click on our confirmation email and you are done.
Can I change the email on my account?
Yes. Go to account settings, enter the new address and confirm it via the verification link we send there. For safety we also notify your old address. If you have lost access to the old email entirely, contact support and we will verify you another way.
How do I delete my account?
Request deletion from your account settings, or message us via the contact page. Deletion is permanent: your profile, coin balance and history are removed in line with our Privacy Policy, and any active membership is cancelled. There is a short cooling-off window in case you change your mind.
Safety & Legal
Age rules, your data, responsible play and how to reach a human.
How old do I have to be to play?
You must be at least 18. No exceptions, even though no real money is involved, because our games use gambling-style mechanics that are not appropriate for minors. Accounts found to belong to under-18s are closed immediately. Suspect one? Please report it via contact.
Is my personal data safe?
We collect only what the service needs — essentially your email, display name and play history — protect it with encryption in transit, and never sell personal information to anyone. Our Privacy Policy spells out exactly what we hold, why, and how to request a copy or deletion.
What responsible-play tools do you offer?
A visible session clock in every game, account pausing for 24 hours, a week or a month, permanent self-exclusion, and one-request marketing opt-out. Our Responsible Gaming page also lists free Australian support services, including Gambling Help Online on 1800 858 858.
Can I take a break without deleting my account?
Yes. Pause your account from settings — or ask us to — for 24 hours, a week or a month. While paused you cannot log in and we will not email you. Your coins and progress wait patiently, like a lodge in the off-season. One request is enough; nobody will argue.
How do I contact support?
The contact page is the fastest route, or email xarubesaqi637@gmail.com. Real people from our Stuttgart team answer, usually within two business days. Account pauses, closures and under-age reports are treated as priority tickets.
I received an email saying I won a prize. Is it from you?
No. We never email prize claims, cash offers, "selected winner" notices or anything implying money can be made here — because it cannot. Any such message is a scam using our name. Do not click its links; forward it to us via the contact page so we can act on it.
Will playing here affect me legally, like gambling would?
No gambling takes place on this platform: nothing of value is staked and nothing of value can be won, which is what legally defines gambling. You are playing a free online game. That said, we still apply an 18+ rule and full responsible-play tooling, because good habits matter regardless of stakes.
